| DIRECTIONS FROM CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT : |
| |
- Travel south on Highway 307, bypassing Playa del Carmen, to Tulum (approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes).
- At the first set of traffic lights coming into Tulum, on the right there is a Hertz Car Rental sign and Super San Francisco supermarket with car park.
- Turn left at these lights, towards the beach (playa), and drive to the end of this road (approx. 3 km).
- Follow the road until it turns to the right, traveling southbound until you enter the large stone arch of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. This is the entrance to the Reserve.
- Tell the park rangers you are going to Punta Allen and continue along this road about 50km, over the Boca Paila bridge, until you arrive at the resort.
- You will see a stone marker on the left side of the road that says ‘Sol Caribe’. It is impossible to get lost because there is only one way to Sol Caribe!
